Merino DK PJ Powers

US$26.00

Our Merino DK base is a versatile, double-knitting yarn in pure wool. We love it for sweaters, cowls, hats, and other things too, like taking out of your stash to play with as you ponder your next project

Busiswa chose PJ Powers as the name for this colour. A South African singer she became a household name in the early 90s with her hit song “Jabulani”. The name means “Rejoice” in Zulu and this colourway was about as joyful as we could get. If you want to keep the good vibes flowing combine it with Mustard or Hot Pink. On a backdrop of Indigo or Camel PJ Powers will definitely steal the show! Since our colours are hand dyed in small batches there is variation between batches, and even within a batch. We have a process and ingredients for each colour recipe, but can’t control how the colours “land” each time. If you’re looking for a sweater quantity please let us know and we will dye up a batch specially for you.
